Silat Wassel organized a series of journalistic trainings delivered by Pamela Kesrouani, Teaching Fellow at the Google News Initiative, with the support of ICFJ and in collaboration with Sawab platform, on January 18, 2024.

Forty journalists—male and female—participated from Silat Wassel, Sawab, and various media institutions across the Arab world.

We organized four advanced training sessions covering: enhancing digital reporting skills, new approaches to countering disinformation, exploring innovative storytelling formats, and digital safety.
The trainings included four sessions:
The first session, held on January 30, was titled: Enhance Your Reporting Skills
The second session, held on February 13, was titled: New Approaches to Countering Disinformation
The third session, held on February 27, was titled: Discover Innovative Storytelling Formats
The fourth session, held on March 5, was titled: Digital Safety
